I just want to put in a good word for Jeff Clines and how well he handled my new acct & transactions, set things up for me, and made things clear.
Super nice people. They stood there nicely while I said stupid jokes and asked stupid questions. Then helped me with all the issues that I had. One of the best bank account setups I've ever had.
Poor customer service and management. After a decade of banking here looks like it’s time to change banks.
Misplaced 3 deposits in 30 days. When bringing up issues, they stated they have “40 percent market share”, which is basically saying “We have so much business, it excuses us putting them in the wrong accounts.” Deposits had names and account numbers put on them. Zero excuse to not get them in the right account…. . This is a big, large bank that will let you know that.
