Overall, we had a great experience working with Central Autohaus! We went to see one car and had a great experience. We test drove the vehicle, all of our questions were answered, and there was no pressure and no haggling. We were worked with the finance manager the entire time because they were short staffed. Tried to negotiate on a vehicle several times that has been on the lot about 3 months. One sales person told us one price and the next time we were quoted a higher price for the vehicle. We were also told that a warranty would cost 3k.
The staff was very very friendly. Unfortunately, the vehicle had obviously been in an accident, despite a clean Car fax, it had a back bumper that wasn't even the same color as the car and the front bumper was AM. They didn't want to come down much on price and the car had high mileage compared to comps
Responded to me quickly and they also followed up with me but we couldn't agree on a price, the price they had was fair just didn't match my budget.
The car i was looking at sold before I could get to the dealership to see it but the salesperson was very helpful and informative.

Met with dealer, did not purchase vehicle as of yet. Dealer and lobby very clean and welcoming. No pressure and informed dealer I was going to continue shopping around, and then make a decision. Very professional and courteous.
