I live in HAWAII, he said he was going to call me back to check if he could send the car to me from N.J. He asked if I'm paying cash OR finance, I said financed. He never called me back.

Great dealership!! I went in to test drive a few different cars I saw in the auto shopper. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and willing to take their time with me. Jesse and Nick, in particular, were extremely helpful!! They spent the entire Saturday making sure I was happy and walked out with the car and deal I wanted. They could've easily passed me off and spent time with the other customers but they didn't and I never felt pressured to buy which meant so much! Thank you again for such a great experience!! Car drove absolutely terribly and he was full of excuses. Let me start from the beginning, I arrived and looked all over for the owner and he just wasn't there. He eventually showed up in a beat up car with a flat tire that he then offered to sell me.... After we finally got to the car I came to see he presented a printed carfax... yes that's right the dealer prints carfaxes and only shows buyers the document on paper rather than electronically which seems very sketchy. Please think about what's said (1st) Who comes into a car dealership for the first time and "looks all over for the owner" , (2nd) I have only driven 2 cars in the last year Audi A-6 Quattro and a Mercedes E-55 Sedan (also I haven't had a flat tire in years), (3rd) Why would I try to sell my car (the owner) and why would my car " drive terrible" when I have 2 mechanic's (4th) We are A family business and we were closed for most of the month of August (as we do every year) and we were not ... read more

I bought a car at central was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend going and checking out there selection. Best lot around and good deals.
Not sure why CarGurus is saying that "Dealer never responded" Not true. We purchased a car from Central, had a problem, and they quickly handled it. My step son is enjoying his car and I found the experience with Central and the owner to be extremely positive.
