HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!. I try to buy my son first car. I CALL IN THE MORNING TO THE DEALER, I MAKE OFEER.ALSO I MAKE APPOINTMENT TO 3:00PM. I CALLED 45 :00 MINUTES BEFORE LEAVE MY HOuse. When i arrive to dealer someone was out for a drive test in the car, they try to sell to someone else, me and my son were ignored completely . after 15 or 20 minutes on that place they asked us if we need help, we find out for the person try to buy that car, it has a wired sound in the left wheel, immediately they took inside the shop. Luis I’m sorry for your horrible experience but if a customer comes in for the same vehicle before you they have every right to purchase the vehicle. You did not have a deposit on the vehicle making it available to whoever wants to buy it. You were not ignored whatsoever, we informed you someone had come in were interested in the same vehicle, If you wanted to test drive the Hyundai you would have to wait. Good guys to work with nice selection of automobiles honest and upfront
Contacted me overnight. Visited the car and it was more beat up than it appeared in pictures. Dealer came off as kinda cheap or stingy.
