The cheapest and worst management I have ever seen they don’t care about the tenants they are not family they just care about their profits not tenants, they don’t provide enough heating my apartment is always 66 degrees which is not warm I have to use electric heater but electric bill comes soo high..

They don’t even turn on the heaters when its cold
Management is cheap, they ignore legitimate health concerns like mold, roaches, mice, bedbugs. They have the audacity to charge the prices they do, for terrible conditions in tiny space. Mind you, it’s a far walk to the local train, no elevator, no onsite laundry, and just deplorable conditions. It was good MANY MANY years ago, before RENOVA took over, they are truly terrible.
