I worked with Lucas back in 2013 to buy a home in Knoxville and the experience was so good that we went back to him this fall when it was time to sell. He made it so easy, smooth, and successful on both ends that we were amazed. His integrity, experience, and attention to detail are genuine strengths. I'm a huge fan.
We live in a townhouse in the urban park community managed by Central and Main property. The house is very good, clean, built around 2010, updated appliances, hardwood and with reasonable rent. Lucas is very helpful. He responded quickly to repairs. When we moved in, he even replaced the vanity top in one of the bathroom when we asked (some cracks on it probably due to hot liquid). We lived there until we needed to move out of state. We also got back our deposit without any problem.
Lucas and Dennis were the property managers for the house my wife and I rented and the realtors for helping us buy our first home. Everyone at Central and Main is wonderful and made everything happen smoothly. The small repairs in the old rent house were fixed the day I called and they tirelessly worked on finding us the perfect home to buy. Have definitely recommended them to everyone I know.
Lucas made my entire home selling experience AMAZING! Throughout the entire process he was extremely courteous and professional. I was kept informed and "in the know" from the moment we met and all the way through the sale of my home. I would recommend Central and Main to all who want a great home buying or home selling experience! Overall, the best I've ever used!!
