I feel like a victim of a Bait and Switch about this urgent care being an in network provider for my HealthPartners insurance. Their contracted discount is less than 2%! A visit for a pediatric ear infection has me paying $463.93 out of pocket. They also will not negotiate a single cent with or without insurance at their clinics, per their billing office. Stay away if you have HealthPartners, I feel their partnership is not in good faith.

They do an awesome job... for kids. For me I'm not to happy with my services. I had fell hard on ice. I went in with a complaint of my hip but brought up the concern I had fallen extremely hard on my right side. Doctor did a quick scan of my hip, stated the obvious that I would be bruised and sore. On my hip. I was left flabbergasted at the face that no other part of my body was checked since I brought up the concern of a hard fall. Still a decent nice place. First experience with ACMC and was impressed! There was a wait at urgent care which I expected in the middle of cold and flu season. They must have been staffed appropriately as patients moved along at a good pace. I had the privilege of seeing Dr. Pietka, loved her! She was friendly, thorough and gave me answers.
