Great place to work! Had a csection here & received GREAT care & all staff were very attentive to my needs & goals as a new mom.
Online said there was a minute wait, got there, got in room and was told that they were way behind, down one physician so "it could be awhile" over 2 hours later we were finally done. Ugh
If I had only had Dr Heller yesterday this review would have been a 5 ... he worked very hard to figure out what was wrong with me and got me back on the path of feeling better.. however my experience yesterday with Sheila Wing was disconcerning.. felt more like she wanted to be out of there than that she wanted to help me... overall I have had great Dr's and nurses at melrose
I loved them they were so nice! I really felt heard and taken care of �
These people are so awesome. They are all so courteous, helpful and pleasant to deal with.
