Great customer service! They ordered parts for my bike to put a child seat on. Helped us get him on there and made sure everything worked perfectly! Very friendly and knowledgable!

So my son just got home from riding his bike with his buddies. I guess they stopped into Centraal Cycle on Cabot Street just to look around and the workers ended up fixing little things I guess that was wrong on his bike and then the same to all the other boys (which there were like 5). They did this without charging any of the kids. I just want the owners to know how amazing everyone in there was to a bunch of 13yr olds. Just picked up a Specialized Diverge E5. Great advice on a range of bikes. Let me test ride a couple. Sorted out the measurements and prepared the bike while I waited. Bike buying as it should be and great after sales service. Thanks guys!
