With new management same old problems bldg trying to watch Ranger games and idiots stomping upstairs intentions, discuss the problem with new management her response was only between 10pm 7am then she could do something, I reside 1097 and it's a total lack of respect, coming from 2097 wonder will the next reside put up with this bull crap, I had to call police because of the loud noise, I will file a tenant complaint with city, simply can't even get a light bulb replaced

They managed my shopping center, and have been with me for more than 10 years. Very little slips through the cracks; they are attentive to collecting rent, keeping the property in good shape, and excellent with communication whenever there is a problem. I can trust them with my bank account, and they are an excellent service.

Do not work, do not provide services for this company, I wouldn’t even rent from this company at all either. They do not pay their vendors, they avoid their vendors when it comes time to pay up. That is why we had to file liens against both the owners and the management company because they are dishonest and do not hold their end of the promise.
