Absolute worst management company in Philadelphia. Building management is atrocious and therefore maintenance isn't very helpful either. They don't update the internals so when there are leaks or other issues they blame you and make you pay for it. Also, there are many mice everywhere haha.
Absolutely worst place. Old, dirty, poor fire devices. Noisy, intercom never works and no fire escape. Fire alarm goes off in apt every time stove is used! Look elsewhere!
