My grandmother is approaching 90 this year and our family is appalled by the lack of compassion from the call center personnel. My grandmother fell and has been in an immense amount of pain. She called to find out where her medication had been sent to because she didn't receive a written RX. She was told she would have to schedule an appointment to find out.
