Absolutely NO complaints. Received comprehensive and responsive care from each and every member of the ER and hospital staff from the time I was rushed in before dawn on Monday morning until the time I was discharged Tuesday afternoon.
Paramedics transported me here after a major car accident w/facial fractures. Hours passed before I was seen by the ER physician, hours before I received pain meds and they didn’t even have ice packs! I was brought ice cubes, wrapped in brown 1-ply tri-fold paper towel, FOR MY FACE! � never again. �
Centinela hospital ER is horrible. They have a beautiful new look but same disgusting, unmannerable, uncaring and incompetent service. The nurses have no clue the severity of some of the cases that come through there. It's so sad our neighborhood has to deal with this or travel 12 miles North to Cedar Sinai for better service and more caring and competent nurses and doctors. 😑😑 Ughhhhhh!!!!!!!

This is the most horrible hospital on the face of the planet. I waited in the waiting room for 8 hours along with 4 other people with not 1 once of concern from any of the staff. I watched a young lady moan in pain for 3 hours while vomiting and they continued to tell her they couldn't tell her that she needed to wait. It is absolutely horrible and instead of remodeling they should have just shut the emergency side down
