Very clean hospital, newly remodeled and super caring staff. After having mom admitted several times at Gardena Memorial- a total dump, this really is such an improvement. She's in good hands here. I'd recommend it for sure but clearly every experience differs slightly, ours was pretty good!
Business response:
Hello, thank you for your kind words. We appreciate hearing that your mom got good care here at Centinela Hospital. Patients and their families are our top priority. We know you and your family have a choice, and thank you for recommending Centinela Hospital. Be well!
They made sure test was ran and took good care of my son we were only there maybe two hours Max and he's OK
Too bad this hospital does not respect the working middle class, by hiring contractor to perform their construction that do not pay an area standard wages to its carpenters, and being a hospital, safety to the patient is important, by hiring contractors that are not skilled in ICRA training, they are putting all your families at risk, spread the word
Jury awards $49 million in birth - injury case. La Times Centinela Hospital and they also practiced hiring bottom of the barrel companies to do their construction.
Can't believe this hospital would put patients at risk by using untrained workers to preform construction projects. This is supposed to be the safest place in the city! What happens when the big one hits, or someone ends up sicker than when they came in due to construction negligence. Due your homework. ARE YOU SAFE IN THIS HOSPITAL!!
Too many airborne diseases going around theses days! Why would I go to a medical facility to GET sick!
Business response:

At the same time, we were very disappointed to learn about the experience you and your family had during his hospital stay. As an employee of our sister facility, please know that this is not the norm. We value our patients and strive for positive touch points at every level of the organization. When you have a moment, please contact me (Molly in Administration at 310-673-4660), as I'd... read more
I get very tired there once I wake up and find myself in the hospital. I hate to see my mom cry because I have epilepsy, and I would stay at the hospital for 5 or more hours, it's so annoying. The nurse would put a shot between my arm, and I couldn't even bend it. It's a horrible experience to be in a hospital bed crying your damn eyes out. When the nurse discharges me to leave, I would walk awkwardly, and I also get hungry, and I'm so weak. It would be so hard for me to sleep, I also get home late. The last time I had my se... read more
