Hell no horrible pt care and staf
CALL YOUR PATIENT'S EMERGENCY CONTACTS please. My father was discharged with no wallet, shoes or money and was given NO TIME to call anyone to come pick him up. He walked home in SOCKS. This is not okay. Also, update your website's Patient's Bill of Rights. Either abide by what is there, edit them to reflect the care you actually give and remove the phony phone numbers listed at the end.

the doctors there took good care of me when I was very ill with a migraine headache 😊
My sister-in-law was taken there. She was out of state and needed care. She was by herself. The ICU South nurses were rude and uncompassionte. We tried calling from Washington State and we were given no information. My nieces flew out the next day and the nurses and staff were still rude. Showed no care and compassion for my sister-in-law and her family that have traveled to see her.

I went into early labor... The nurses were rude and pretty much left me in a room by myself riding in pain. I told them the baby was coming but they did nothing. My daughter was born and feel on the table because no doctor was present. Then the nurse took my daughter to clean her up while the umbilical cord just hung there. The doctor came in 15 minutes later to deliver the after birth.... The worst experience ever! Then after they admitted me, the nurse was being extremely rude!!! Worse nurse service ever. They do not check on u what so ever i was in pain for hours till they decided to give me pain medication. And when they discharge u u have to take out ur own leads cause once u sign that paper and they leave u will have to wait another 45min - hour for them to come take out everything just for u to leave. Then they wanted me to come back for a wound check i could have done it myself at home cuz the lady didn’t even clean it nor really look at it i waited 2hours for a 2min visit smh.. next time i wil... read more

I flew from Mississippi to California for a funeral. My Aunt fell at the rental car center and was brought to this hospital. We are in our sixth hour in the emergency room and still haven’t been seen by a physician. I’m a nurse and worked ER before and have NEVER experienced such wait times.
