A week and 2 days out of the hospital and no pt yet? Called office 3 times to get some advice from a nurse on an issue we were having with my mom...we couldn't even get a call back...after calling 3 times! There is no communication about a schedule for nurse..and haven't even been contacted by pt. Basically, you are not even showing up!!
I just finished my month of PT after hip replacement and I hate to see it end. Blaise was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me several tips and encouragement throughout my visits with him. Allison also came out three times and gave me great tips and encouragement. Thanks centerwell for sending me the best!

After suffering a spinal cord i jury in Dec 2025 and surgery to help relieve some problems. The VA set me up with in home physical therapy with CenterWell. After a in home assessment from the care team I was blessed to have Blaise assigned to me. Meeting twice weekly with him was a huge asset to my continuing recover.
