Susan Santini-Harter is absolutely the best. She was very patient with me and explained all the exercises I was doing and the reason for them. I am so pleased with my progress. Susan is a gem.

Competent but difficult to schedule in-home physical therapy services, e.g., less than 24-hour notice of PT's arrival, agency unwilling to schedule recurring weekly appointments.

I have found that a male employee of yours spends his time bulking people ( mainly women ) on social media . Its not even just a word or two its endless character assassination to people he doesn't know who haven't even said anything to him and if you try to ask him why he is being so rude he will go into a lengthy speech and shred your character as well . He seems like he has self control issues and may need some anger management but he has that he works for this company and after seeing how freely nasty he is to people on ... read more

A week and 2 days out of the hospital and no pt yet? Called office 3 times to get some advice from a nurse on an issue we were having with my mom...we couldn't even get a call back...after calling 3 times! There is no communication about a schedule for nurse..and haven't even been contacted by pt. Basically, you are not even showing up!!

I just finished my month of PT after hip replacement and I hate to see it end. Blaise was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me several tips and encouragement throughout my visits with him. Allison also came out three times and gave me great tips and encouragement. Thanks centerwell for sending me the best!
