We have been here 9 yrs and are very happy ! Great location and people are very nice along with the staff. No pool or gym but that's fine with us...there is a YMCA less than a mile down the street!
Although they are the most reasonable even in a heady rental market the fees include most utilities. Quiet area close to Wenham/Hamilton/Essex. A few disappointments… limited guest parking, in unit washer dryer is inherited from previous tentants or bought new. Photos are not necessarily representative of actual site. Mixed responsiveness by staff when addressing renter needs. Overall a good value in a nice area. Assigned parking no amenities as most condominium complexes provide.
Visited this apt location this week. The Apts are very nice. Personally went in a few 2 bedroom Apts each bedroom has its own bathroom. open floor plan kitchen and living room with sliding glass doors to your own personal balcony. Also has your own assigned parking space. Plus plenty of guest parking as well. Secure entry . This is a 55 and up apt complex . Everyone I met while their we're so friendly and easy to talk to.
