From day one all the staff have been concerned about my comfort. They listen attentively and make sure you're comfortable talking about any subject. They truly want you to get well!
Just started here, and it is the most gracious treatment I've ever gotten in mental health. I feel treated like a whole human rather than a task to get through. Being able to switch an in-person appointment to a video call on short notice makes a huge difference, and it's an option I've never been given elsewhere. Getting at least a little therapy even if I'm very late means so much to me.
