Elevator is broken constantly. I spend 20 min a day waiting on the elevator. Integrate that over my 1.5 years at Centerra, and they owe me 160 hours of my life back (or $160,000 at my billable rate of $1,000/hour).
Windows not been cleaned in two years. Dog urine on floor on 7th and smells all the time. Smells from other peoples apartments come into our appartment. Promised in April all this would be fixed in June so we renewed. It hasn't!! Other buildings in the area have all managed to sort this issues!
Made and application for an apartment and was told that I would get a refund for the most part of the application fee if I notified I was not interested to proceed with it within 3 days after applying. I notified 1 day after that I was not interested in proceeding with the lease agreement. It's been 1.5 months/45 days/33 business days and I haven't received yet my refund for the application fee.
