Went with a friend to the ER due to an ear infection. The receptionist name was Star and there was another nurse with long black hair and blonde ends, both were very short and rude, none of the staff seemed like they wanted to be there. The Dr was basically rushing my friend while she was trying to explain what was going on. I mean I know he’s probably busy but at the same time if you’re going to charge a total of 2.5k for a visit at least listen to the patient.
