Went for CT scan. had appointment arrived 30 minutes early waited almost an hour after appointment time 3 people came in after us took them first receptionist said E R was backed up and sending patients to them so we left.

Started Cardio Rehab 3 weeks ago, WOW!! Between chemo, radiation and heart attack during immunotherapy, I was weak and hadn't moved much in a year. In a wheelchair for a bit, doctors offered hospice. I tried with everything in me to get moving again, I couldn't. Finally, strong enough for my new cardiologist to offer cardio rehab as an option. I had serious doubts. I worked with Casey for Pelvic Floor PT and she was AMAZING! She always started by asking about me and how I was doing whether that was the exercises or life, she listened and responded appropriately. She gave me exercises to do that fit within the range I could do and was available to help if I needed it. She would explain what we were doing and why we were doing that specific exercise. I highly recommend seeing her for pelvic floor strength training.
