There is no life person to ask a question. Only recoding message
A note was put on my door friday at 6:00pm stating work would be done on the lines the following monday and power would be off between 8 and 5. I work remotely business hours are already closed on friday evenings so could not request planned time off and therefore my absence yesterday was a violation of my employment and i got in trouble for missing and did not get paid for that time either. This company is a scam. They've double charged me, upped my bill during a freeze by 500% when no one was home that month, now refusing to disconnect when I switched to all electricity. And still charging me every month in service fees. Pls stay away from areas covered through this company or go all electric.
Mr. McClean, I sent the below email on March 10, 2025 with no response from you. This pole caught on fire once and will fail during high winds. Let me be perfectly clear, if any damage is done to my property or my neighbors because of Centerpoint’s failure to correct this issue; Both of my emails will serve as proof that I notified Centerpoint.
