Bought a new home and had gas turned over at closing. Apparently the sellers had a delinquent bill and 16 days after I moved in I come home after a 14 hr day and my gas is turned off. I called the number and their business hours are 7am to 7 pm (same as my work hours) so it takes me 2 days trying to contact them on my breaks to find out why I can’t cook or take a warm shower after a long days work in my new home.
