Prices Are Ridiculous...Another Energy Company Please Come Humble Them By Offering Better Services & Prices.
CenterPoint shut our power off due to an "administrative error". Ruined all our groceries and melted ice all over our floor. Since they've turned it back on, the power still isn't working properly and they will not send people who are trained to check the meter to fix the issue. The prices are outrageous, and they can't even provide the services you pay for.
