CenterPoint shut our power off due to an "administrative error". Ruined all our groceries and melted ice all over our floor. Since they've turned it back on, the power still isn't working properly and they will not send people who are trained to check the meter to fix the issue. The prices are outrageous, and they can't even provide the services you pay for.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with CenterPoint Energy. Their monopoly mindset is truly off-putting, and it feels like they prioritize profits over the residents of this city. The lack of care and consideration for our community is alarming. It’s frustrating to see a company behave in such a careless manner, especially when we rely on them for essential services. This company is ridiculous. Time for another company to move into town so they don’t have a monopoly over everybody’s money. This company is not even worth the time it took me to leave this review
