I’d give -10 stars if I could . They’re driving people out of homes they’ve owned for year since they’ve raised their rates . Absolutely ridiculous. 0/10 recommendation
Centerpoint raised their rates and it's hurt people on fixed incomes
If I could give a negative 1000000 I would. Rate increases for Indiana while lowering Texas’s is a crime. Added fees purposely on the hottest month of the year. Additional $180+ for most people. Worst customer service on the planet. Being told “that’s just your bill” when asking where does the fuel charges come from and what is the price break down of that specific charge. “Adjustments” meaning, told me look at the bottom it tells you what it is.
