No way a 800sq ft apartment used over 4,000kwh and they are saying nothing is wrong with the readings! This is ridiculous over $800 for a light bill for one billing cycle and it’s a one bedroom apartment not a house an apartment
I wish I could rate them a 0. Our lights have been off since late Sunday/Early Monday. Nobody wants to sit in their house with no lights and aid. I’m extremely disappointed with Center Point and how they’re not doing their job.
