Centerpoint IT and their entire dedicated team are always incredible. We are a 250 employee nonprofit with multiple locations and have been working with them for several years as a support provider for our aging phone system, and they never fail to respond to our tickets right away, always go the extra mile, are easy to communicate with, and make us feel like we are the only client they have--even though we know that is not the case! I can’t say enough good things about Casey from Centerpoint IT. He consistently solves my problems quickly (and we have a LOT of IT problems in my office) and he takes the time to explain everything without making me feel overwhelmed. He’s knowledgeable, easy to work with, and makes the whole process stress‑free. I will ALWAYS request Casey when I submit a service ticket because I know I'll be in good hands. He’s the go‑to IT hero!
