Very well run shop. Work was accurate Paint matched exactly. Everyone was very friendly.
I first used Centerline Collision and 2019 and the work was great. This time around, it just felt like there was a gap in quality control or they're pushing cars. First repair, my insurance company approved the original estimate and the shop changed the repair order the day before pick-up, neither myself or the insurance adjuster were aware. There were a few items from the estimate that were not completed (paint matching the inside door jamb, absence of new seals, and a damaged area still left unpainted). The shop manager an... read more
