The acro class is so much fun ♡ I try to hit each one. Vinyassa flow always gets my heart pumping too ♡ also--insanely clean. All the time. No foot smells or B.O. It's astonishing ♡
I tried the Community Acupuncture with Thiera Smith RN this past Sunday and had the absolutely BEST experience!! Thiera really listened to my concerns and was able to ease me into the acupuncture experience. I felt amazing after the session and am still feeling the effects a day later. I am looking forward to future appointments! Thank you Thiera and Centered Studios!
Rave reviews for Mitch Harris' amazing acupuncture! You can tell you're getting your treatments from the master professor, not the student. BEST ACUPUNCTURE EVER. And be sure to try his line of herbs - i swear by several that held bad winter colds at bay all season...
I've only been to Centered Studios once but I know I'll be back! Returning to practice after some time away, I joined the Yoga 101 class. The studio is beautiful, my instructor was caring, supportive, and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is equal parts physical and spiritual. I love the option to register for multiple sessions in advance online, which allowed me to create a little mini-series-- this helps me stay committed! 10/10 would yoga again.
Centered Studios has classes for all bodies and levels. Be ready for welcoming staff and a very friendly environment. I was overjoyed to find a high caliber studio so close by in the Rogers Park neighborhood. Definitely try it out!

AMAZING beginner class on Wednesday night with Mary Beth! Even though this was only the second time I've tried yoga, I left feeling relaxed, strong, and empowered. A great experience that I will be repeating as often as possible.
