RecommendedThis quiet, comfortable community studio offers a plethora of classes taught by kind, gracious and accommodating teachers. This studio is ideal for both those new practicing or those looking to deepen their practice. I have also have had acupuncture at this studio. I would highly recommend this studio and am thankful for the supportive community of students and teachers that make attending classes here meaningful.
I like the space and I like Lane's sense of humor.
I loved classes at Centered Studios. It's a small, intimate setting without pressure or judgment. The instructors are so welcoming of new/inexperienced students, and there are lots of times and class options available.
Centered has been my yoga home for three years. The first class is free, the owners will make you feel right at home, and you'll find a variety of classes at all levels to fit your needs. It is s truly a neighborhood studio, cozy and welcoming.
I love having this studio in Rogers Park. It's a comfortable space with a nice selection of class types and times to choose from. I've attended different classes with different teachers and all have been really wonderful. I've also been here for massage and that's great too!
I love having a studio so close to home. I’ve had the opportunity to experience a variety of teaching styles and yoga practices using their special new student 30 Days pass. Each of the teacher have been very friendly and warm everyday and the neighbors that attend are welcoming.
I couldn't love this place more than I do. Excellent yoga, outstanding acupuncture, and interesting activities, to boot. Proud to have it in Rogers Park.
