Adorable studio! The staff was friendly and the class was so much fun! So glad I went.
Centered is a welcoming space and a lovely studio, offering a variety of classes for different levels of experience and energy (Yinyasa is a particular favorite of mine!) Every instructor I've had has been caring, warm, and inclusive, and the studio as a whole has such a positive vibe. I'm so glad Centered is in the neighborhood.
RecommendedJoe’s Thai Massage is healing and comforting to a body used to a certain amount of pain daily. A full 24 hours pains free is a great day. Theira’s auricular treatment calmed my mind and body and solidified the work that Joe had begun. They are a great combo in a great space. So welcoming, so warm, so healing.

I have had different instructors at Centered Studios and each have been fabulous. The care and loving spirit with which they lead is always on time and exactly what I need when I come in.
Really enjoyed my Yoga 101 class Tuesday night! It's a great space, all the staff are very helpful, and the instructor was supportive. I felt challenged in the best way, and I left the studio feeling better than when I walked in. Will definitely be back!
They have a big comfortable studio with friendly staff and we adored our instructor; she was just the coolest person and very flexible to the various levels of her yoga students. She kept addressing us as "beautiful yogis" :-) Namaste
