Amazing customer service! As soon as my sister and I got off the elevator on the balcony level the usher came over to me and asked where we were sitting. She went inside (doors weren’t open yet) to check to see if my sister, who is on crutches, could access our seats. We couldn’t, the manager (I’m guessing) showed me where ours were and all the stairs. He then told me to go downstairs and see if the handicap seats were available. Such great people! Thank you!! We saw Alaska Borealus (sp). History of the lights as well as beautiful films.
the shows are wonderful and its convenient and there isn't anything else like it
