I've been waiting for over half a year for them to come and fix things in my apartment, and this month they were very formal about coming to fix it. I'm still waiting. This new management is useless, and the office has a very bad attitude. Don't rent here. Everything is very bad and very expensive. The apartments are falling apart from old age, and there are robberies and other crimes.
This is the worst apartment you can imagine. They rob you of your hard-earned money, charging $190 for water in a two-bedroom apartment every month through a third-party company with outrageous fees. If you don’t pay, they deduct it from your rent and add late fees. The stairways are filthy—covered in oil stains, cobwebs, bird droppings, and dust. Property is clean, maintenance is very productive and professional. The office manager Angelica, advocates for the tenants and goes above and beyond. The new office personnel greets you with a smile is professional. The complex is quiet and calm, the community is gated and parking is accessible. Valet trash picked up from your door step.
