My Grandson needed oral surgery on an impacted tooth for it to be removed, we have gone to three appointments and nothing was done because someone in the doctors office is not putting through request properly to the insurance company for approval. I spoke with the receptionist a month ago asked her to please email me the information on what was needed for my grandson to have the surgery done.
