I want to thank Dr. Cannon and the whole staff for being so professional and caring! I kept avoiding having my wisdom teeth removed but Dr. Cannon, Ansley and Kelley made me feel so comfortable. I am still in shock that I did not experience any pain during or after the procedure !! Even more shocking...NO SWELLING ! They are seriously the best. The front and back office are the nicest staff members who truly show to care for their patients. I will let everyone I know to come to this practice because I truly felt like at home
He is insensitive. Doesn't listen if you are hurting. Tells you to be quiet if you scream in pain and doesn't report the incident to the referring dental office.
Excellent Care Located on Shallowford Rd. just off Hwy. 153. Dr. Jones and his staff gave excellent care to my daughter as she had her wisdom teeth out. They keep the parent informed of what is happening in surgery and call to check on their patients afterwards.Very comfortable waiting room and plenty of parking are available.
On June 14, I had the most traumatic dental experience of my 74 years. When Dr Cannon noticed he had missed a tooth while I was under general anesthesia, he suddenly started trying to yank it out. I screamed and screamed but he did not stop until the nurses pleaded with him to let them restart the IV feed. How could he have been so brutally insensitive to my pain?
Wow. Considering the pain I've been in, that went really well. You are very good at what you do. Fantastic waiting room, viewing, music during scan and before procedure helped. Very clean looking. I appreciate walking out back, thank you for not putting me in front of people after. Your assistant mentioned your office does not like to file medical. Only impacted or something like that. EVERYONE I came in contact with from clerical to the doctor were excellent!
