WORST SERVICE EVER!! I've been to MANY places across the country and overseas--the nail Techs at Center Nails are absolutely RUDE and RUSHY!! Unfortunately, it was so bad that I left mid service, on my birthday. I noticed my tech was rushing, so I simply asked if they were closing soon. She was very aggressive with handling my hands and with her reply... "this is how I work...you could leave if you have an issue with it." I was calm. She was not. Have been a customer for 15+ years. Owner Kim is very nice, other staff members not so much. The last couple of visits have been rushed, lazy work and not how I want to feel when I am trying to relax and receive services that are somewhat of a luxury for most people these days. I can see if they were busy, but absolutely no other clients have been there during my visits. I will not be returning to this salon, I will make the drive to Lacey or Lakewood. Very sad.

Great service, amazing friendly staff. Love their work! They are always welcoming, even when they are busy. Highly recommended.
