This place is AMAZING. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you are treated with the utmost kindness and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Dedra has waxed my eye brows for me twice now and I’m happier with them than I have ever been. She’s very meticulous- listens to what i want and delivers exactly that. If I could give y’all 10 stars I would!!

My visit on 8/11 was my first and it was absolutely awesome. Very relaxing atmosphere, clean & everyone was super nice. I got a massage by Jimi and she is the BEST and I will definitely continue to use her. Jimi's technique, pressure, personality and attitude exceeds expectations. I definitely give her and MedSpa a 5 only because I'm limited to 5 stars lol

I have done a massage, gel manicure, IPL hair removal, and bought facial products. Every single time I have been more that satisfied! The massage was perfect, the manicure/atmosphere was perfect and the nail tech, Amy, was the best to talk to, I have had TWO TREATMENTS of the IPL and have barely any hair (don’t judge my upper leg hair) I only purchased the lower leg because I was skeptical but I’m regretting that decision now! I don’t feel like you can go wrong with any services you choose here!
The 60 minute massage was exactly what I needed to help me through a really stressful week. Their level of care is great (touches like the hot steam towels) and their space feels so clean and refreshing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice massage in Chattanooga!
Brittany is incredible. The facility feels like your in a different place. Will definitely be back.
