Steer clear and go somewhere else. Ive been a patient here for over a decade, and the office woman act like its a burden to do their jobs. I called for an appt at 11 AM and was told I would receive a call back, and never did. I also know other patients who have left this practice solely due to the office personal. It's very difficult to entrust your health to people who cant even follow through with relaying information.
I would not even give them a 1 star review. I made my annual appointment with them and I clearly stated to them that I had some issues to address plus receive my annual. We made it clear it an annual and not a problem one. Great I’m finally in for my annual visit today and 2 days prior I sprained my ankle. I come to the visit with a wheelchair and there are not busy like I’m the only one going in at the time and no one is in the waiting room.
