No one is there to answer calls, only option is to leave a message and it takes forever for them to respond. The receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. It is incovienent to wait days for them to refill a prescription. I shouldn’t have to go out of my way everyday just for them to sign a script or schedule an appointment. I do not recommend this place. Also, I had to get a biopsy done for the first time which was very scary for me. Be careful with this office. If you did not fill all the papers that were sent to your home before the first visit (even the ones that have no relation to your problem) they will send you home and you will get a bill of $75 for NO SHOW.
Incredible staff and outstanding doctor. Dr. Riley and her staff truly care for her patients. It is a wonderful caring office. I would (and have) recommended her to anyone.
The women who answer the phone and deal with clients appointments have no respect. Visiting a gynecologist can be a very personal and sometimes nerve racking experience, and to have to speak to women who are impersonal and rude in person and over the phone really ruins the entire experience.
