I was referred to this office because of pain from an unknown condition. This was to ease me until I could get to U of L. Not your basic issue. SPS or MS is very high on the list (from my PCP,) type of pain. First, the "nurse" or office lady is very rude. She couldn't even take the food out of her mouth to professionally speak to me. She then nicely calls me back but then turns sour. Like me being there is a huge inconvenience to her. Ok, fine. She hates her job. Then the doctor comes in and it's round 2. I would not recommend Dr. Ramarao Pasupuleti and his staff as they have been dishonest about referrals and provided false information about the center I attend for disability and pain management. I'm currently seeing Dr. Rodney Miller, who is excellent, and his Nurse Practitioner Joann Douglas, who is also kind, caring, patient, and professional. Unfortunately, as of May 1st, 2022, they will no longer accept my insurance, so I've been referred to Centers of Pain BG. I haven’t met these people, the doctor or his staff before ... read more
