Today was a horrible first visit for my husband & I. We weren't even informed that the Doctor would not be evaluating us. It was the PA. My husband was treated very rudely, horrible bedside manners and was basically told that there's nothing he can do to help him with his pain. This PA told him that he already takes "lots" of pain medication. My husband only takes one pain medication. It doesn't help him much which is the reason why he was referred to pain management. The staff is wonderful and get straight to manage ure pain I've been there patient for 3 yrs now or more
Been with this office 8 years. Was good the first 6 years then they started changing staff. Today I am no longer happy as I feel they now have a lazy staff. It is like trying to get water from a stone to get them to fax in my prescriptions . I must make multiple calls on this as they just do seem to care. They promise call backs but never call back. Will be looking for a new doc when I return.
