Had no problems with the Dr. He knew exactly what my son needed and wanted us to go to Rainbow Babies hospital downtown. but the secretary misunderstood the Drs orders and sent us to the wrong kind of Dr. My son needed a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon for surgery. She sent us to a sports medicine Dr. Luckily the sports medicine Dr called the correct people and we finally made it downtown. My son will be going to surgery soon.
I feel well taken care of! Dr. Stanfield is first class!
Very good place. Both times we were there we never waited more than 10 minutes to go back. Dr. Robert Zannotti is super nice.
Soooooo many employees walking in circles not doing anything... The wait time was horrible,i met some of the rudest uncaring people in my life there yesterday...4 1/2 hours to get my grandson's cast off,xrayed,doctor,and molded brace..It looked like employees were confused about the flow of the office,skipping people,fogetting about them..I will drive anywhere to prevent going here..I was treated like a second class citizens except for one employee who took his x-rays and showed us to the back.
Great doctors and staff! They care about you and try very hard to get you back close to appointment.
I have been going to The Center for Orthopedic off an on for a while. They have always been polite. Yes some times there a a wait but any where you go for good care your going to have to wait. Dr. Zonntti has always been upfront with me an helped me in Amy way possible with my pain in my knees. They all have also seen my children . A great bunch of staff an Doctors.
wasn't impressed with the male X-ray tech at all, very rude to my 11 year old daughter.
