Its always too crowded no matter if you pre register online or not. The lady at the desk is very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention my underage sons information was breached and all they did was sent me a letter saying his information was compromised by their staff????? Would not recommend at all.

Been here over an hour. Asked the questions just to be given a 7 page packet to answer the same thing. Front staff has been nothing but rude. When told they are keeping my id and insurance card. I told them I dont feel comfortable with that and I would wait for it. The attitude that I received was unreal. Do not expect me to be nice anymore.
Dr. Berkowitz is like a magician. I can get around again. He is amazing.
Appointment at 230 and a hour and a half later we are still waiting..... What a way to treat your patients. God forbid we don't show or come late.... Get it together people!!!
