this office sucks. the over schedule people. Wrong Wrong. The women behind the counter give wrong information over the phone. Very bad patient relationships. Actually they are straight up dumb rude ass people who need to take a customer service class
Props to the staff at the FREE physical day for the local schools! The staff was efficient and fun at the same time! Everyone we encountered was friendly even at 3:30 after dealing with hundreds if people all day!!
Dr Zanotti was very good with me as a patient, he listened to me and then gave his advice and then the 2 of us worked out a plan of getting my knees fixed. He and his staff at The Center for Orthopedics were very caring and take great care of their patients.
Therapy Center is awful they don't pay attention to you They are too busy doing paper work or talking to other therapists instead of concentrating on you. My second visit after surgery they had me do exercises wasn't sapose to do made my knee worse. My knee might be messed up agin won't know til June. Also told me shouldn't use crutches when doctor said I was sapose to still be using them. As far as Doctor offices you don't get to choose what doctor you get first visit.
