Dr Jimerson was very professional and took interest in my problems and my life in general.
Just had my first appointment in January, with Dr. Steven Hale at 10:30. I arrived at 10:15. Was called to the back at 10:40. Within 5 minutes I was seen by a nurse who took her time with me. Then I was sent to have x-rays of my knee. The doctor came in the room within 5 minutes to discuss they x-ray and what options could be done. He was very thorough in his explanation of his findings and took his time answering all my questions. I decided to have a total left knee replacement. Marc is a very professional employee. He gets to the point and is very thorough. He helped me decide what the best procedure for me was at the present. We made a plan for going forward. I got relief from my pain and know what I must do in the near future.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely come here again if need be.
