I was referred to the Center for Men's and Women's Urology and was blessed to have Dr. Melanie Crites-Bachert be my physician. She is not only very knowledgeable and skilled but also always seeking to improve practice to better care for her patients. She was very supportive before and following my surgery. This is s very professional office. Dr. Rockove found my bladder cancer! I had surgery. They removed it. I go in every three months. I never dread it. Such upbeat people! My husband has also been a patient of Dr. Rockove's!
Been going here since 2012 for my IC (Interstitial Cystitis) and for UTI problems. This is a great place to go to and they really make you feel like they care. Whatever questions I have they answer and help me feel comfortable. The doctors and the staff are great!
When you have to try a new medical office, it can be kinda scary. The staff here and Dr Rockove made me feel comfortable from day one. I would highly recommend this office to any one needing care. Thank you folks for your professional, kind and compassionate care! You are the best!

Doctor Rockove has been my doctor since 2009 and has performed 3 lithotripsy procedures on me. I have found him to be very professional and caring. My husband has also been a patient a this clinic and was very pleased. I would recommend Doctor Rockove and staff to anyone!!!! They have been there for me after the surgeries and are always willing to help and answer questions and are greatly concerned about your comfort.
In the past I saw Dr. Springer at this location and loved her. She moved, and I wish that I knew where to because I saw Dr. Crites-Bachert last month and it was one of my worst doctors experiences to date. Her bedside manner was less than warming, she was very to the point and abrupt with answers and made me feel like my questions were petty and didn't matter.
