I can't say enough positive things about this clinic! I have referred my friends and family to Dr. Melanie Crites. They have all had wonderful experiences with her. She is kind, professional, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her, and everyone at this clinic.

I was referred to Dr. Rockove and was very happy with him and the service I received from the center. I drove 3 hours one way to be seen, and I will again if necessary.
Being a RN has its challenges and advantages. One of those advantages is finding the right medical professional when I need medical attention. Dr. Melanie Crites-Bachert was recommend to me by my peers. My first impression was that she listened, asked good questions, and showed genuine empathy. She took the time to treat me with my condition as well as help my mother who had an immediate concern. When I needed a clinic this clinic was highly recommended to me. I asked for Dr. Rockove as he was this friend's doctor. When I was told the timeline to see him, Dr Crites was recommended to me. I couldn't be happier; a lady doctor who cares for me and ALWAYS has the time to hear me. Dr Crites ultimately performed a couple of procedures for me that were totally successful. Several years ago I was having significant problems with an enlarged prostate. I initially sought treatment with another facility. Altho I requested one doctor I kept seeing a different physician each time I came in and was also observed by students during various testing. A friend recommended Dr Rockove which was one of the best things that happened for me. His bedside manner was great and he worked with me to resolve my problems. Have seen Dr. Gunselman a few times and ABSOLUTELY LOVED him! He was kind and patient and answered any/all questions I had. He took time with me and never made me feel rushed! He explained everything very clearly and has a great 'bedside manner'!
