had a referral under one health plan, new year, new health plan. both health plans would cover my appointment, per the health insurance company. they refused to accept the insurance, that insurance companies say they accept. I have filed a complaint with my health insurance companies. staff was extremely rude, and condensing. would not suggest using them.
So as a young man in my early 50’s, I found myself in need of speaking with a urologist. I searched for something close to me and The Center for Men’s and Women’s Urology came up. I scheduled an appointment and found upon my first visit a very friendly staff and comfortable clinic. I have now been a patient for about a year and Highly recommend Dr. Rockove to anybody, he is a very personable, intelligent and Highly competent as a Urology Specialist.
The staff were very polite and friendly to my grandpa! The lady at the front desk was wonderful!
Seems a little strange that you have lost 3 Dr in a little over a year. Makes one wonder - would have been nice if your receptionist would not have lied,and say that you had no contact info for Gunselman. Of course you know where he went...with Gillespie and Boucher
Great people and friendly service. The Doctor was very good at explaining what he was doing and tried to be as gentle as he could.
I am letting you know that I work with these surgeons at Legacy Mt Hood Medical Center. You will Not find a Better group to work with. I have worked with many of them for years. I have had my share of kidney stones my self and have referred many friends to their clinic. Some of my girlfriends have requested a lady doctor and have seen Dr Melanie Crites. If you're looking for Results this is the place to go too.
