I have been a patient of Dr. Faruque for almost 12 years, and he is truly the BEST primary care physician I could ever ask for. He genuinely cares about my health and always takes the time to listen and provide thoughtful care. On top of that, he finds a way to make me laugh during every visit, which makes the experience even better. I am truly grateful for him.
The front office person (Cassandra?) is extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. Just because you woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning doesn’t give you a pass to be rude to anyone. Do better.
Doctors service may be good but waiting time is really pathetic… I experienced waiting more than 75 minutes in waiting room just to enter into examination room. No respect to the patients time, I felt like no meaning for appointment and scheduled time.
I have been seeing Dr. Rabbi for 3 years and am very happy with her care and the way that she listens to me, provides good referrals, and ensures that I get all of the tests I need to confirm that I am healthy. She genuinely cares and spends time to answer all of my questions in each appointment. I see some of the reviews mentioning wait time and front of office staff. I've been a patient of Dr. Rabbi for 23 years and very happy with her and the staff. She has always been professional and very personable. Yes, if its routine follow-up, we keep it short and sweet.
