Since being discharged from Hartland, Ive had one good month of feeling like a normal person. I was following my medication regimen set in place by my Psychiatrist. Who spent DAYS getting to know ME and my history. Catalyst, at first, was great. Then 2/2.5 months after I was discharged and feeling good. I went here for therapy about 3 years ago, and left after being bounced around from flaky therapist to flaky therapist. I decided to give therapy another go, and chose Catalyst hoping they’ve had some kind of reform and got better since then. I was told on the phone that they accept my insurance and I was welcome to come in during urgent care hours to get set up. Doctor Lana in withdrawal management and IOP, Emily and Elise in withdrawal management are amazing. Dr. Lana is a very knowledgeable & empathetic doctor with a heart of gold, who always goes the extra mile. She really genuinely cares about her patients. I must say I was very upset with this place about a week ago but they reached out to me and talked to me so that in my book is a massive redeemer.
