Was sent here for mental health therapy. I had a lengthy session with a woman (don’t know her name, don’t care to). They had me fill out paperwork for the therapist, which she never looked at. Typed with two fingers and never made eye contact with me. She was very dry and uncaring. Asked me all the questions that I had filled out on the paperwork THAT SHE DIDNT LOOK AT and decided to diagnose me immediately after 30 minutes. Since being discharged from Hartland, Ive had one good month of feeling like a normal person. I was following my medication regimen set in place by my Psychiatrist. Who spent DAYS getting to know ME and my history. Catalyst, at first, was great. Then 2/2.5 months after I was discharged and feeling good. They missed managed my appointments, left me with out medication—its damn near impossible to get a call back the same day. I requested a new counselor from both offices NEVER heard back from that. I went here for therapy about 3 years ago, and left after being bounced around from flaky therapist to flaky therapist. I decided to give therapy another go, and chose Catalyst hoping they’ve had some kind of reform and got better since then. I was told on the phone that they accept my insurance and I was welcome to come in during urgent care hours to get set up.
