Eliza is an excellent therapist. Her calm demeanor, active listening, and supportive presence creates a conducive environment for her clients to feel safe and heard.
As a fellow therapist, I will often refer clients to CHR as a solo practitioner. They have a wide range of clinical expertise and those who I have referred to CHR seem to be happy and getting valuable treatment. They have an office in the heart of downtown Jersey City so the location is convenient as well. Highly recommend them and will continue to refer to them whenever I have an overflow.
