I usually don't wait very long, most of my therapist are helpful, patient, and personable. Only one made me feel like a job. The aqua therapy seems to be helping and the warm water feels good and helps my arthritis.
I like all the therapists. They are professionals and are just concerned with your recovery. I have had no problems with I insurance or having my appointments on time. I give it a 5 star rating.

The staff is great! The insurance specifications are not!
Jerks. Very rude. Never called me with my appointment time. Just brushed me off.
